Tiny Titans Learning, publisher of Tiny Titans Construction Crew (“we,” “us”), makes books, printables, and activities for little builders. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect and how we use it. We’re glad you’re here.
What we collect
The Calm-Down Kit can be opened and downloaded without providing an email address. If a parent or caregiver separately chooses to join Tiny Titans Builder Families, we collect the email address they enter in that signup form.
How we use it
- To send the confirmation message requested by a parent or caregiver
- After confirmation, to share occasional newsletters, new printables, YouTube updates, book news, and future parent resources
- Downloading the Calm-Down Kit does not subscribe anyone to Tiny Titans Builder Families
We do not sell, rent, or trade email addresses.
The email service we use
We use MailerLite to manage Tiny Titans Builder Families and existing email records, send double-opt-in confirmation messages, deliver ongoing emails after confirmation, and process unsubscribe requests. The Calm-Down Kit does not require MailerLite signup.
Website analytics
At launch, we do not use Google Analytics or another website analytics tool.
Children’s privacy
Tiny Titans content is created for young children, but website signup and email communications are directed to parents and caregivers. Children should not submit an email address. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can review and remove it.
Unsubscribing
Builder Families emails include an unsubscribe link. Parents and caregivers may unsubscribe from ongoing messages or contact us to ask about an email record or request its removal.
Links to other sites
Our site may link to other places, such as a book’s page on Amazon. Once you leave our site, this policy no longer applies, and we encourage you to read the privacy policy of any site you visit.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we’ll change the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
